|Why is the pricing calculator not working correctly?|
|The first question asks how many pages you have. This is the number of original pages(sides) you have, not the number of total copies. Example, you have two sheets of paper and need 100, double sided copies. Your number of pages would be 2 and number of copies is 100. Not 200 copies.
|What DPI should I set my file at?|
|We recommend 300 DPI to 600 DPI. Most of our customers send us 300 DPI and are very happy with the quality. Anything over 600 DPI you probably won't see any quality difference but the file size will be much larger.|
|What does 4/1 or 4/4 mean?|
|4/1 refers to full color on the front and one color (commonly black) on the back. 4/4 refers to full color on both the front and back.
|When will my order ship?|
|Orders that are received before 11:00AM EST will usually ship within 24-48 hours. Contact us for rush orders. When your order ships you can view the tracking number when you login to your customer account.
|Can I get an order expedited?|
|Yes, when placing your order online, the website will allow you to choose your shipping option at the final checkout page. The following shipping options are available: UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air.
|Can you print bleeds?|
|Yes we can. Our online ordering has an option for bleeds. If your order is unique, please feel free to contact us for a quote that fits your job.
|My job doesn't work with your price calculator what should I do?|
|Give us a call and our representatives will be happy to give you a quote that fits your job.
|How long will it take to receive my order?|
|Orders that are received before 11:00AM EST will usually ship within 24-48 hours. Contact us for rush orders. When you place an order you are able to select from UPS Ground (3-5 days), UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. When your order ships you can view the tracking number when you login to your customer account.
|Can I resell your printing services?|
|Yes. We have quite a few customers that resell our services. When you place your order you can specify in the comments area to "Blind Ship" the order to your customer. We will not include our name anywhere on or in the packaging.
|Do you offer proofs?|
|Yes, when placing your order you can select the option to have us send you a digital proof and/or a printed proof. The price will be calculated on the checkout page.|
|Can I have part of my order shipped to multiple locations?|
|Yes, simply put in the quantity you want shipped to which addresses in the comments area when placing your order and we'll follow your instructions. There is a fee for this though. You pay $7.95 plus the cost to ship to each additional location.
|Can I "Blind Ship" or "Drop Ship" to my customers?|
|Yes. We have quite a few clients that resell our services and have us ship directly to their customers. When you place your order you can specify in the comments area to "Blind Ship" the order to your customer. We will not include our name anywhere on or in the packaging.
|Can you ship to a hotel?|
|Yes, we do this all the time. Just put the hotels' address in the shipping address and put in a note that it's going to a hotel along with the date you need it delivered so we know. It usually helps to put "Hold for Guest" in the shipping address.
|I NEED my order delivered on a specific date. How can I be sure it will arrive on time?|
|The delivery times shown on the website are estimates. If you NEED it by a certain day then you MUST put it in the notes when checking out so we can plan to get it shipped on time.|
